1Definitions

4Account Registration

The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. mywin77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 5Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances on mywin77 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following general provisions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Members may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where reasonably practicable.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. mywin77 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.
• mywin77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6Bonuses and Promotions

mywin77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the mywin77 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for casino games, live casino, and sportsbook are published separately and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mywin77 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where an error by mywin77 is established.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that results in a game being interrupted, mywin77 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where game integrity cannot be assured, mywin77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake.

8Prohibited Conduct

Members of mywin77 are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of prohibited activities.
• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members in any game, particularly live casino or poker variants where such collusion could affect the outcome for other players.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment activity in connection with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security, or data.

Breach of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the mywin77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, and audiovisual material — is the property of mywin77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without mywin77's prior written consent.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mywin77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising in connection with the use of the Platform.

mywin77's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

mywin77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all Members with access to the following tools within their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12Account Suspension and Termination

• mywin77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory authority direction.
• A Member's account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity.
• A Member has requested self-exclusion or been identified as a vulnerable player.
• mywin77 determines, in its sole judgment, that it is no longer appropriate to maintain the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held therein may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method following the completion of any applicable security checks.

13Privacy and Data

mywin77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

14Amendments to These Terms

mywin77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
